Miró
Foundation
This white luminous building is of a private cultural
foundation created by the painter that has exhibition
halls, auditorium, library, an engravings archive and
diverse spectacles. It also exposes permanently works
of the artist. The desire of Miró was that its
painting did not constitute an aim in itself but to cause
a certain state of spirit, fertilized the imagination
or prepared the people for meditation.
